577F Zirconia Sanding Belt
10*330mm Sanding Belt features premium zirconia grains, fully resin bonded to a strong x-weight polyester backing offering a sturdy but flexible belt, that can withstand heat and thrives in high pressure grinding applications.
These belts are extremely versatile; the premium dense zirconia grains on each 10*330mm wide sanding belt were formulated for aggressive and heavy stock removal applications while the open coated characteristic allows it to grind on softer materials without loading.
Due to the self-sharpening properties of zirconia, it will cut faster and more consistently for a longer duration of time than aluminum oxide alternatives. The zirconia grains can last 2-3 times longer than aluminum oxide grains on belts when being used for heavy-duty, aggressive applications.
The10*330mm Zirconia belts can be run dry and are available in 36 grit, 40 grit, 60 grit, 80 grit, and 120 grit.
These belts are designed to be used on a Portable Belt Sander, Benchstand Grinder, Backstand Belt Grinder, Knife Belt Sanders.
- Bi-Directional - the belt can be run in either direction.
- Open Coated - prevents material loading on the belt for longer usage between cleanings.
- Wet-Dry Application - can be used dry
