Product Description

Flap discs are created by overlapping coated abrasives flaps and adhering theme firmly to a back-up plat. This design provides a cooler running , longer lasting disc. And because new layers of abrasives are constantly being exposed, a very consistent finish is provieded during the life of the disc. these discs are specifically recommended for high stock removal on stainless steel carbon steel ,aluminium, and most alloys. They offer many times the life of conventional resin fiber discs.
Recomended applications: Deburring, removing welding seams and spots,removing scale, rust and oxidation of any kind,blunting sharp corners and edges.
