Surface Condition Sanding Belt

80*1700mm Surface Conditioning Sanding Belts for back-stand belt sanders, portable belt sanders, or knife belt sanders are made with flexible non-woven, nylon mesh fibers, impregnated with abrasive grains.

These Conditioning belts are engineered to reduce heat buildup thus reducing the chance of damaging or discoloring the work material. Additionally, these surface conditioning belts resist loading which improves the finish and greatly extends the life of the belt.

These belts are extremely durable and offer excellent flexibility for detail work around contours, edges, and irregular surfaces.

These 80*1700mm non woven belts are the perfect option for cleaning, deburring, finishing or blending when minimal stock removal is required and the integrity of the work pieces is a high priority. These surface conditioning belts are particularly effective at corrosion removal, finishing stainless steel as well as creating a straight line brushed finish on a variety of metals and alloys.

These 70*1800mm Surface Conditioning Belts come in coarse (brown), medium (red), fine (blue), and very fine (gray).
